Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile leader, with a focus on web-based projects.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is required. Additional Agile certifications (e.g., CSP, PSM) and technical certifications in web development are highly desirable.

Strong technical expertise in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex web projects on time and within budget, with a focus on driving user engagement and satisfaction.

Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a rapidly evolving landscape.

Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor teams to improve their Agile practices and delivery capabilities within the web development domain.

Passion for continuous learning and professional development, with a commitment to staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in web development and Agile methodologies
