Scrum Master / Project Lead

Overview

We are seeking a self-driven, entrepreneurial Scrum Master/Project Lead with at least 3 to 6 years of experience in successfully executing internal projects, ensuring timely delivery, coordinating teams, and fostering effective collaboration with stakeholders—both local and international. This role involves guiding Agile practices, mitigating project risks, and maintaining visibility through structured reporting.

Responsibilities:

· Serve as a Scrum Master for internal Agile teams—facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.

· Own end-to-end project delivery, managing schedules, scope, dependencies, and resources.

· Coordinate closely with global clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, align expectations, and share timely updates.

· Proactively identify risks and blockers, driving resolution and ensuring smooth execution.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, QA, DevOps, and business analysts.

· Maintain accurate project documentation, sprint tracking, and reporting mechanisms.

· Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and shared learning.

· Promote the adoption of project management best practices across teams.

Requirements:

· 3–6 years of relevant experience in project management, Agile delivery, or Scrum Master roles.

· Demonstrated experience leading technology projects, preferably in platform or product development environments.

· Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum principles and practices.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in managing international client relationships.

· Must be able to quickly learn and effectively use the company’s internal project management and collaboration tools.
