Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) across multiple teams.
• Manage and maintain Scrum boards in tools like Azure DevOps (TFS), Jira, or similar platforms.
• Prepare and maintain Excel dashboards for project tracking, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of Agile processes.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve impediments, and drive continuous improvement.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Work Experience

• 4+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum project management.
• Proven ability to handle multiple Scrum teams simultaneously.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel (Pivot tables, charts, dashboards).
• Hands-on experience with Scrum boards and tools like Azure DevOps (TFS), Jira, or similar.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical concepts.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) or PMP or PMI-ACP Certification – Highly Preferred.
• Experience in software project management with a technical background – Highly Preferred.
• Familiarity with AI / automation and advanced Excel dashboards - Highly Preferred
  
  

• Sprint Delivery Rate: % of sprints delivered on time without major scope creep.
• Velocity Tracking: Consistent improvement in team velocity across sprints.
• Burndown Chart Accuracy: Alignment of planned vs. actual progress.
• Stakeholder Satisfaction: Measured through feedback and project health reports.
• Defect Leakage Rate: Reduction in defects post-release.
• Dashboard Accuracy & Timeliness: Quality and punctuality of Excel-based reports.
• Multi-Team Coordination Efficiency: Ability to manage dependencies across teams.
