Job Description

We are seeking a Scrum Master with Salesforce experience to lead Agile delivery for Salesforce-based projects. The candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Ensure smooth execution of Agile practices and frameworks.

Collaborate with Salesforce developers, product owners, and stakeholders.

Track sprint progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Identify and resolve team blockers and project risks.

Maintain Agile documentation and metrics.

Required Skills

3–6 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager.

Experience working on Salesforce projects.

Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Scrum certification (CSM / PSM) preferred.
