Overview
My client is a leading health tech business. We are looking for a Scrum Master (Team Lead) to support them as a strategic hire for the next 12 months.
This role has a hybrid arrangement with occasional onsite presence required at their Noida or Gurgaon office.
Requirements:
As this position needs to be filled as soon as possible, we can only proceed with candidates who are eligible to start working in India without sponsorship and do not need to relocate to the New Delhi/Noida/Gurgaon area.

- Proven working experience working as a leadership Scrum Master
- Experience working as a product manager/owner or in a product-based company is ideal
- Strong background in coaching Agile and building/scaling more than one team in Agile
- Experience with multi-product development
- Understanding of data management such as visualisation
- Experience of working in healthcare or insurance would be beneficial
