Role Overview
We’re looking for a passionate and talented Software Development Engineer II (SDE-2) to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on developer who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and takes ownership of end-to-end product delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality software applications.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.

Build and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services using modern frameworks.

Participate in peer code reviews, ensuring code quality, maintainability, and performance.

Contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle—from concept to deployment and ongoing maintenance.

Stay current with emerging technologies and proactively recommend improvements or new tools.

Support ongoing product enhancements and bug fixes to ensure seamless user experience.
Required Skills & Experience

4–8 years of experience as a Software Engineer/Developer in a fast-paced, product-driven environment (preferably startups).

Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript.

Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Django, Flask, or Node.js frameworks.

Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).

Experience building RESTful web applications and scalable microservices.

Familiarity with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and software engineering tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
Preferred Skills

Experience managing or deploying cloud-based services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Understanding of DevOps concepts and automation tools.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
