Job Summary
We are hiring a Security Consultant – Proxy Management (ZScaler) to strengthen our cybersecurity posture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting Zscaler’s cloud-based security services, including ZIA and ZPA. This role involves working closely with the L2 team to ensure seamless deployment, efficient policy management, and resolution of complex technical issues related to Zscaler’s security infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
We are hiring a Security Consultant – Proxy Management (ZScaler) to strengthen our cybersecurity posture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting Zscaler’s cloud-based security services, including ZIA and ZPA. This role involves working closely with the L2 team to ensure seamless deployment, efficient policy management, and resolution of complex technical issues related to Zscaler’s security infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 support for Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), and other Zscaler products.
- Manage configuration, deployment, and tuning of Zscaler security services aligned with organizational security requirements.
- Collaborate with L1 and L2 teams to investigate and resolve issues related to performance, connectivity, and policy enforcement.
- Design, optimize, and enforce security policies including content filtering, threat protection, and access control.
- Ensure high availability and performance of Zscaler services while balancing business and security needs.
- Maintain thorough understanding of Zscaler architecture and functionalities across ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX.
- Support secure remote access through knowledge of VPN, SSL VPN, and IPSec technologies.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Zscaler services (ZIA, ZPA).
- Strong expertise in Zscaler architecture, policy configuration, and deployment best practices.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving advanced Zscaler-related issues in enterprise environments.
- Proficient in network security protocols including VPN, IPSec, and SSL VPN.
- Ability to work collaboratively across IT and security teams to ensure consistent and secure user access.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
