Role
In this dynamic role, you’ll be a key member of our Business Analysis team, leading complex projects and helping teams across the organization deliver better outcomes. You will:
- Lead requirements gathering with Internal teams and customers, create story maps for large initiatives, and define detailed Business rules.
- Guide 3–4 team members by reviewing their analysis work for clarity and quality, providing practical feedback, and leading knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen business analysis practices across the team.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements in the form of user stories, business rules.
- Create and manage story maps, product roadmaps, and backlog items for effective delivery planning.
- Work closely with external stakeholders to capture and refine requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, planning, and retrospectives.
- Support team members by clarifying requirements and addressing blockers quickly.
- Guide team members by reviewing analysis outputs, offering constructive feedback, and leading knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen business analysis practices.
- Contribute ideas to improve analysis practices and Agile ways of working.
- Maintain documentation and knowledge-sharing repositories to ensure alignment and traceability.
- You will report to the Manager I, Business Analysis.
- B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments.
- Strong expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, user stories, and backlog management.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro/FigJam, and Google Sheets/Slides.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder communication (internal and external) and ensure alignment.
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) with active participation in ceremonies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
- Domain experience in Healthcare, Fintech, Consumer Internet, or SaaS industries.
- Experience with process improvement, standardization, and Agile flow metrics (cycle time, throughput).
- Exposure to regulatory/compliance requirements such as GDPR or HIPAA.
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications (CSPO, SAFe, ICAgile).
- Experience facilitating workshops for requirement gathering or design sessions.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and time management skills.
