About The Team

You will be part of a new team being built to leverage AI to bring value utilizing the data that is part of Solifi products.

About the Position We are looking for a highly skilled Sr AI Data Engineer / Sr Analytics Engineer with 6+ years of experience to join our cross-functional team. You will play a pivotal role in building and optimizing scalable data platforms and pipelines that power product intelligence, data science initiatives, and AI-powered analytics across our product ecosystem. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to enable real-time insights and data-driven decision-making.

Role and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance data pipelines using modern big data frameworks.
• Architect data ingestion and transformation workflows from diverse structured and unstructured data sources.
• Collaborate with cross-product engineering teams to align data engineering needs with product goals.
• Build and maintain data models and marts to support analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence.
• Enable self-service data access through well-governed data assets and visualization tools.
• Implement data quality checks, observability, lineage tracking, and data governance best practices.
• Support deployment and monitoring of ML/AI models in production environments.
• Partner with Data Scientists and Product Analysts to support model training, testing, and tuning with high-quality feature engineering.
• Optimize cost, performance, and maintainability of data infrastructure on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Identify and evangelize best practices for data engineering, automation, and operational excellence.
  
  
  
  

About You

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or related roles in product-centric organizations.
• Strong programming experience in Python, Scala, or Java with exposure to Spark, PySpark, or equivalent frameworks.
• Deep understanding of ETL/ELT design patterns, batch and streaming data processing.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake, or Azure Synapse).
• Proficient in SQL with a strong grasp of data modeling and performance tuning.
• Experience with orchestration tools like Airflow, DBT, or Prefect.
• Exposure to MLOps, ML pipelines, and productionizing machine learning models is a strong plus.
• Working knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and delivering analytics solutions for multiple product teams.
