About Marsk:
Maersk, the world’s largest integrated logistics company, is transforming how goods move across continents — and at the heart of that shift is platform-led AI. Through MIDAS (Maersk Integrated Data and AI Solution), we are building an enterprise-grade data and AI foundation that powers operational intelligence, customer copilots, agent-based automation, and emissions optimization at global scale.
We’re hiring a foundational team to build our AI/ML Platform - a composable, governed, multi-tenant layer enabling enterprise-wide GenAI, RAG pipelines, and ML lifecycle management. If you’re excited to architect and scale real-time LLM infrastructure, reusable ML workflows, and agentic systems, this is your moment.
Overview:
As Senior AI Engineer, you’ll design and implement scalable GenAI workflows—covering prompt chaining, vector retrieval, and agentic task execution. You’ll contribute directly to the platform’s reusable components powering copilots and domain-specific assistants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build end-to-end RAG workflows including chunking, embeddings, and retrievers
- Develop and iterate prompt templates for multi-turn, classification, and generation tasks
- Implement agent flows using LangChain/LangGraph or similar
- Instrument prompt tracing, latency, and evaluation logic for production safety
- Collaborate with ML engineers, data engineers, and domain partners to enable reusability
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5–8 years in applied ML, NLP, or backend engineering
- 1–2 years of direct experience with GenAI or LLM-based system development
- Strong Python skills, with exposure to LLM orchestration tools and vector search platforms
- Experience with prompt design, token optimization, and evaluation frameworks (e.g., RAGAS)
