About the Role

We're hiring a Senior AI Engineer to architect and scale cutting-edge AI systems. You’ll work at the intersection of machine learning, backend development, and large language models (LLMs) to power intelligent applications. If you're passionate about building AI pipelines, integrating LLMs, and deploying real-world AI products—this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and fine-tune LLMs and custom ML models
• Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for intelligent search and Q&A systems
• Work with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks
• Implement vector databases and embedding strategies using FAISS, Pinecone, etc.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and product teams to deploy AI models to production
• Optimize AI inference for speed, cost, and accuracy

Requirements

• 12+ years of total engineering experience, including 4+ years in AI/ML
• Strong Python skills with experience using PyTorch, Hugging Face, or similar ML libraries
• Hands-on with LLM APIs, LangChain/LangGraph tools
• Solid understanding of NLP, embeddings, RAG systems, and model evaluation
• Experience with Docker, AWS, and Git-based version control

Nice to Have

• Applied ML or research background in AI
• Familiarity with MLOps tools like MLflow, Weights & Biases
• Experience with prompt engineering and custom LLM tuning
• Proven track record in building scalable AI-powered APIs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,057,410.89 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
