Senior AI Engineer (Full Stack)

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, delivery-first Senior AI Engineer (Full-Stack) who thrives
at the intersection of deep agentic architecture and production-grade full-stack engineering.
This is a highly hands-on role where you will take complete ownership of designing complex,
multi-agent behavioral flows while ensuring the surrounding web applications, dynamic UIs,
and cloud infrastructures are robust and hyper-scalable.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Agentix Architecture & Agentic Design
• Architect, prototype, and productionize core components of our Agentix system
framework, focusing on multi-agent collaboration, memory retention, and autonomous
tool usage.
• Design robust routing, semantic search, and advanced Retrieval-Augmented
Generation (RAG) pipelines that allow agents to reliably operate within unpredictable
operational environments.
• Implement strict evaluation frameworks and guardrails to handle edge cases, minimize
latency, optimize API/token spend, and mitigate hallucinations.

2. Full-Stack Product Engineering
• Build scalable, asynchronous backend engines, orchestration layers, and secure APIs
(primarily using Python, FastAPI, and Open Source libraries).
• Develop dynamic, highly interactive user experiences (using frameworks like React /
Next.js) capable of rendering complex AI outputs, custom workflows, and modular UI
screens.
• Structure and manage vector databases alongside traditional relational/NoSQL data
layers to efficiently store system states, telemetry, and agent memories.

3. Technical Leadership & Deployment
• Own the end-to-end application lifecycle, moving code efficiently from local
environments to cloud-native production setups (primarily AWS and Docker).
• Act as a technical anchor, guiding architectural choices, conducting code reviews, and
aligning engineering execution with aggressive product delivery milestones.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience: 5+ years of software engineering experience, with a clear history of building
and shipping AI-enabled applications or autonomous workflows within a fast-moving
startup environment.
• Agentic AI Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience designing multi-agent workflows,
tool-use abstractions, and framework integrations (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph,
CrewAI, or custom orchestration layers).
• Full-Stack Proficiency: Strong production-level engineering skills in Python (FastAPI)
and modern frontend frameworks (React / Next.js). Excellent database design skills,
including vector databases (e.g., pgvector, Pinecone, Qdrant).
• Infrastructure & MLOps: Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS),
containerization (Docker), and building automated deployment pipelines.
• Mindset: A builder's mentality. You value high-velocity "vibe coding" and iterative
prototyping just as much as writing clean, maintainable enterprise-grade production
systems.
