Senior AI Engineer – GenAI, LLMs & Speech Technologies

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Speech Technologies to develop and deploy AI-driven solutions at scale. This role requires a deep understanding of NLP, conversational AI, speech recognition, and multimodal AI, along with the ability to design and optimize AI models for real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy AI solutions leveraging LLMs, generative models, and speech technologies for various applications.
• Fine-tune and optimize large-scale AI models for specific business use cases, improving accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Design and implement AI-driven workflows for text, speech, and multimodal data processing.
• Enhance speech AI capabilities, including speech recognition, text-to-speech, voice synthesis, and conversational AI.
• Develop advanced NLP applications, including chatbots, summarization, search, and knowledge-based AI systems.
• Optimize AI models for real-time processing, improving latency, cost, and performance.
• Work with large datasets, ensuring high-quality preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and platforms.
• Stay ahead of AI research and advancements, translating state-of-the-art developments into practical implementations.
• Mentor junior AI engineers, promoting best practices in AI development and deployment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on LLMs, NLP, and speech AI.
• Deep understanding of transformer-based architectures, generative models, and self-supervised learning techniques.
• Experience in training, fine-tuning, and optimizing large AI models for domain-specific applications.
• Strong background in data processing, model evaluation, and AI pipeline optimization.
• Ability to design scalable AI architectures, ensuring efficiency in deployment and inference.
• Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, and knowledge-based AI systems.
• Experience in real-time AI processing, multimodal AI applications, and AI-driven automation.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in speech synthesis, voice AI, or biometric authentication.
• Exposure to edge AI, low-latency model inference, and real-time AI applications.
• Knowledge of AI governance, ethical AI practices, and model security.
• Contributions to AI research, patents, or open-source projects.
