Roles and Responsibilites

AI Solution Design & Development

• Design and develop advanced AI solutions including generative models, agent-based systems, and reasoning-driven workflows.

• Create autonomous agents capable of managing tasks, making decisions, and adapting to dynamic inputs.

• Integrate AI capabilities into business processes, applications, and digital products. Programming & Model Integration

• Build end-to-end AI workflows, from data preparation to model interaction and orchestration.

• Adapt and optimize AI models for specialized use cases across different business domains. Systems Engineering

• Develop modular components for conversation, automation, and intelligent data processing.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure AI systems are robust, reliable, and production ready.

• Implement monitoring and iterative improvement loops to continuously enhance system accuracy and behavior. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to translate problem statements into AI-powered capabilities.

• Contribute to best practices around secure, ethical, and responsible AI deployment. Continuous Innovation

Skills and qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in AI/ML or software engineering with strong programming skills.

• Hands-on experience developing and deploying Generative AI or autonomous agentic systems.

• Strong understanding of how to structure prompts, workflows, and model interactions for intelligent automation.

• Experience working with data pipelines, APIs, cloud environments, or distributed systems.

• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to convert abstract concepts into working systems.
