Notice Period - Immediate Joiner / 30 days Max
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor production systems and respond to incidents, alerts, and escalations in a timely manner
2. Perform root cause analysis and provide fixes for recurring issues
3. Write and optimize SQL queries to analyze and resolve data-related issues
4. Manage and automate routine UNIX/Linux system tasks
5. Work closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless production operations
6. Participate in on-call rotation and ensure 24x7 availability during support shifts
Required Skills and Experience:
1. 3+ years of experience in Production Support or Application Support roles
2. Proficiency in SQL (querying, data analysis, basic performance tuning)
3. Good working experience with UNIX/Linux commands and scripting
4. Exposure to monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Grafana, AppDynamics) is a plus
5. Ability to handle pressure and manage incidents independently
6. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
