About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Android Developer to join our team and contribute to building high-performance, scalable, and reliable mobile applications in the vehicle mobility domain.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with modern Android development tools, including Jetpack Compose, Hilt (Dagger), and Retrofit. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build and support native Android apps, SDKs, and component libraries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance native Android applications using Kotlin.
• Implement and work with Jetpack Compose for modern UI development.
• Use Hilt (Dagger) for dependency injection and Retrofit for API integrations.
• Build SDKs, reusable component libraries, and support design system implementation.
• Solve technical challenges and deliver robust, high-quality code.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers (including iOS and backend teams).
• Contribute to code reviews, best practices, and improve the Android development process.
• Willingness to explore and support iOS development if required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hands-on Android development experience.
• Strong command over Kotlin and core Android fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Jetpack Compose, Hilt (Dagger), and Retrofit.
• Familiarity with Android architecture components and modern app development patterns.
• Experience working on production apps with real users.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with CI/CD processes.
• Basic understanding or experience with iOS development.
• Exposure to performance optimization and scalable architecture design.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,700,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
