About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Engineer with strong

experience in Python-based test automation and UI testing using Selenium. The

ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing robust test frameworks,

automating complex workflows, and managing CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-quality

software delivery.

This role offers the opportunity to work on cross-platform automation, including web,

Windows, and macOS applications, contributing directly to improving product

quality and engineering efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

 Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python and

Selenium for web-based applications.

 Build and enhance automation frameworks to support scalable test coverage.

 Develop automation for native desktop applications (Windows and macOS)

— using tools such as Pywinauto, Appium for Desktop, or equivalent.

 Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins,

Azure DevOps, or similar).

 Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure

seamless testing and deployment.

 Troubleshoot automation failures, perform root cause analysis, and

continuously improve test reliability.

 Participate in code reviews and contribute to automation strategy and best

practices.

Required Skills & Experience

 4–5 years of total experience in test automation and software quality

assurance.

 Strong proficiency in Python programming.

 Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for UI automation.

 Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps

preferred).

 Good understanding of software testing principles, including test case design

and automation strategy.

 Experience with version control systems (Git).

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

 Experience in automating native desktop applications (Windows/macOS).

 Exposure to API testing using tools like Postman or Python-based

frameworks (e.g., Requests, Pytest).

 Knowledge of containerization (Docker) or virtualized test environments.
