Job Description

As a Senior Back-end Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the architecture of cutting-edge applications. You will be responsible for developing robust, scalable, and efficient back-end components and services. Collaborating closely with front-end developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams, you will ensure the seamless integration of server-side logic with user-facing elements, resulting in a seamless and engaging end-user experience. With your deep understanding of server-side web application frameworks, APIs, and databases, you will drive innovation and maintain high-quality standards of our back-end services. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain back-end components and services for applications.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server logic.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement data storage solutions using relational and non-relational databases.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure performance and stability.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
• Develop and maintain APIs for seamless integration across different platforms.
• Work with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into the development process.
• Monitor, support, and improve existing systems and services.
• Provide mentoring and technical guidance to junior developers in the team.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience as a back-end developer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency with server-side programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
• In-depth understanding of web development frameworks like Django, Spring, or Express.
• Experience with database systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with RESTful services and API development and integration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on performance and user experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
