About the role:

As a Senior Business Analyst, you are responsible for leading the analysis, documentation, and management of business requirements throughout the project lifecycle. We are seeking an experienced and talented individual that can help Takeda enhance productivity and efficiency when performing distributed delivery model testing. Collaborating closely with multiple stakeholders, your contributions support Takeda in identifying potential risks and areas of opportunity for the business. In addition, you will mentor and coach junior and mid-level Business Analysts, building a team culture of growth and development.

In this role, you will be a part of the Technology Program and Project Management team. This team is responsible for planning timelines, identifying resources, gathering requirements, executing, and delivering technical projects. This role will work closely with the BA Lead and Mid BA’s located in India. This role will align to the Functional Analysis chapter of the ICC.

This position will report to the BA Lead strategic direction. Day-to-day management will come from the BA Lead.

How you will contribute:

• Understand business requirements and articulate insights in the form of user stories, business requirement documents and wireframe representations.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets, derived from statistical analysis, to support decision-making.
• Design and implement reporting and dashboards to provide ongoing access to tailored Power BI insights.
• Lead cross-functional business processes to effectively re-engineer teams and implement improvement efforts.
• Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams by directing the analysis of complex business problems, managing risks, and creating business solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders to discuss the solution constraints provided by developers and propose alternative solutions.
• Support organizational transformation goals by understanding current operating state, strategic future state, and prioritized business objectives.
• Prepare and present business solutions and data visualizations to determine actions towards meeting transformation goals.
• Analyze and apply methodologies and frameworks during the planning and execution phases of projects.
• Utilize database and analytical tools to carry out real time business analytics.
• Understand the best aligned scope and objectives to support the business strategy.
• Understand the gaps between requirements and product functionalities, defining workable solutions to quickly resolve identified gaps.
• Lead the execution of scrum tasks, helping the Product Owner in Sprint Prioritization (Agile Knowledge) activities.
• Hold workshops and presentations with Senior Executives and other business leaders.
• Support enterprise clients and employees successfully adopt solution platforms.
• Collaborate with the Development Team throughout the implementation phase to monitor alignment between design specifications and business needs.
• Assist in building a culture of learning and development within the team, by consulting and mentoring junior professionals.
• Lead the sharing, re-use, design for scale stability amongst team members.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field (MBA degree preferred)
• Overall 5+ years of experience in business analyst field
• Experience in business analysis, business analytics, product management, configuration management, requirement analysis, and workshop facilitation
• Proficient in Power BI or equivalent visualization tool
• Strong SQL skills, data profiling, and data quality analysis
• Basic knowledge of Data Lake, Cloud computing
• Experience in program and project management (e.g., waterfall and agile methodologies)
• Experience with SAP, ERP, Integration platforms, MuleSoft, SDLC & financial services
• Experience in GXP, regulatory and risk compliance
• Experience with requirement gathering for data platform build, data migration, and development of STTM
• Knowledge in BPM, URD/BRD Functional Specification, SIT, UAT, BAU, and BRD/FRD
• Knowledge of business case writing and business process management (BPM)
• Demonstrated understanding and experience in using:

• Understanding of SDLC test process, project and test lifecycles
• Knowledge of CMMI and process improvement frameworks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business priorities.
• Ability to determine key KPI’s/measures for dashboard and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and operate as a leading member across globally distributed teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including storytelling and interacting effectively with multifunctional teams and other strategic partners.
