Summary
The Sales Enablement team at HighRadius is focused on empowering the Sales organization that sells B2B industry-leading solutions to the office of the CFO globally. Our team exists to support and drive sales performance for the growth of our company.
As a member of the Sales Enablement, you will be responsible for supporting the Global Sales
organization through Enablement initiatives and managing programs designed to improve
performance, reinforce sales initiatives and accelerate growth. You will play a critical role in working closely with CXOs internally to plan and execute enablement sessions, and monitor the efficiency of new programs for further improvement.

As a member of the Sales Enablement, you will be responsible for supporting the Global Sales
organization through Enablement initiatives and managing programs designed to improve
performance, reinforce sales initiatives and accelerate growth. You will play a critical role in working closely with CXOs internally to plan and execute enablement sessions, and monitor the efficiency of new programs for further improvement.
Responsibilities
- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Analytics and Marketing to curate enablement content.
- Stakeholder collaboration with CEO, Regional/Global Sales Leaders, and the Product team to decide the enablement topics and ensure the content is aligned with business objectives
- Author and edit high quality crisp documents that adhere to recommended language and formatting standards, and educate a diverse audience on a variety of topics
- Gather feedback from critical stakeholders and synthesize it into clear priorities and action items
- Create engaging presentations that represent complex ideas in a simple manner
- Create Quiz Assessment and Feedback form for the training sessions, and maintain the Q&A sheet
- Drive prep calls with Speakers and ensure he/she is aligned with the Deck, Q&A, OPERA and Quiz.
- Provide enablement support to a 300+ member sales organization
- Identify areas of improvement in current processes and implement changes to increase process efficiency and effectiveness
- Drive the Weekly business review to present the enablement plan and progress
- Drive Sales KickOff annually across company’s regional headquarters: Hyderabad, Amsterdam and Houston.
- Drive Sales Bootcamp annually across company’s regional headquarters: Hyderabad, Amsterdam and Houston.
- Bachelor/Masters degree required
- 2-6 years of work experience in Sales Enablement/GTM Enablement for B2B SaaS Organisation
- Have experience in Sales/GTM enablement, Sales training and process improvement
- A desire to work in a high-growth and rapidly changing environment
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Extreme curiosity about business issues and a desire to uncover root causes of complex problems
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and self-direct
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Have experience in Sales/GTM enablement, Sales training and process improvement
- Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
- Ability to self-manage time, prioritize tasks and manage projects with minimal supervision
- Strong Presentation Skills (G-slides)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate level skills to work on G-sheet
- Experience using G-Suite
- Experience using Zoom
- Experience working on Skilljar or any similar platform
