We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead ServiceNow implementation projects and drive engineering team delivery.

Responsibilities
- Identify and gather input from stakeholders to define and clarify requirements
- Manage concise definition of scope across the entire program
- Create and maintain documentation relevant to the management of the program and associated projects
- Work closely with software engineers, QA, product managers, and other engineering teams to ensure high-quality products and features are delivered on time
- Act as scrum master, managing project schedules while identifying and communicating potential issues to stakeholders
- Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, maintaining high velocity in a fast-paced environment
- Provide hands-on software development, project management, and cross-functional coordination to deliver outstanding program outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of Business Analysis experience, focusing on emerging technologies or related technical fields
- 1+ years of experience in ServiceNow implementation
- Experience in software development and experience managing end-to-end execution of programs that span multiple engineering teams
- ITSM/ITOM/HRSD knowledge
- Proficiency in Agile software development methodologies
- Experience as a Scrum Master and driving development sprints
- Experience in Software Engineering
- Experience in problem-solving within fast-paced and constantly changing environments
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
- Strong spoken and written communication skills
