Job Description

The role will support Sales order management//Customer implementation// FSO to Performance Excellence team to help create method of works that drives report simplification and efficiency. This role will partner with the Technology team and will be responsible for monitoring, creating, and sending reports/dashboards related to Real-time Latency.

Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

• Works collaboratively to ensure data stores and applications adhere to defined data management and data access practices, policies, and procedures
• Provides complex reports, with both quantitative / qualitative analysis, analyzing large data-sets, for internal or external reports
• Manages requests from clients, liaising with Analytics teams across different geographies to ensure co-ordination and consistent data reporting across the Group
• Leads the training and development for junior staff, enhancing the knowledge of the team
• Translates business needs into data analysis and reporting solutions, and automates requests where appropriate and cost-effective
• Collect, extract, analyze, interpret and report key data from complex data sets
• Lead the automation development from lead to implementation.
• Define technical requirements and create high level specifications to ensure feasibility, functionality and integration of automation.
• Supports the build of systems and processes to transform raw data into actionable business insights and intellectual property
• Helps to develop strategies for effective data analytics and management of data sources, for internal and external purposes
• Applies industry knowledge to interpret data and improve performance, working closely with Business Development to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services
• Knowledge of Accounts payable/cash apps/billing/Account Receivable preferable
• Stakeholder management
• Backup for lead
• Independently handle projects
• Define KPIs/ Metrics for the business
  
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree or equivalent
• Experience in SQL/Power BI/ power Apps//Tableau// database knowledge preferably oracle/SAP
• Python skills preferable
• Experience with database use, database platforms and analyzing large datasets (Oracle//Snowflake)
• Previous experience working in report creation, modelling, and trend forecasting, dashboard building
