We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with 6-10 years of experience with at least one domain expertise to join our Technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on innovative products and processes with our customers. You will collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to drive AI and enhance business operations.

• Analyze and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
• Design and optimize business processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
• Generate detailed reports and presentations, translating complex data into actionable insights for decision-makers.
• Support the implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and standards.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to stakeholders on new tools and processes.
• Monitor project performance against key metrics and recommend adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and executives across organizations.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder management.
• Expertise in crafting high-quality PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) with strong storytelling and data visualization.
• Familiarity with Figma for wireframing and design collaboration.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
• Deep experience in at least one domain (preferably BFSI, HealthCare & Pharma, Hi-Tech, and Consumer Services)
• Use of Microsoft office products - primarily Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point, Microsoft Project, Visio
• Knowledge of modern Generative AI and Agentic AI
• Hands on Experience with Prompt Engineering
• Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software.

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
• Prior experience in process re-engineering and change management.
• 6 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Product Manager.
