We Excel Software Pvt Ltd. is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Business Analyst with a strong background in ERP systems and business process analysis. This role bridges the gap between technical teams and prospective clients, helping craft tailored ERP solutions that meet customer needs. The ideal candidate combines analytical acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills to support the sales process and influence decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and tailor ERP solution demonstrations accordingly.
• Engage directly with prospective clients to gather business needs and propose value-driven solutions.
• Create compelling business cases, proposals, and technical documentation for pre-sales activities.
• Translate client pain points into technical features and solutions aligned with our ERP capabilities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, product demos, and proof of concept (PoC) sessions.
• Liaise with internal teams (product, development, delivery) to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with client expectations.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to support solution positioning.
• Assist in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders with detailed, client-focused documentation.
• Act as a subject matter expert during the sales cycle and support successful handover to implementation teams post-sale.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a client-facing or pre-sales capacity.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and the ability to tailor solutions based on industry-specific needs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable insights and solutions.
• Familiarity with proposal writing and responding to RFPs/RFIs.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, especially across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and solution design is a plus.
• Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
