Overview
Key Responsibilities

- Develop deep expertise in our product offerings, features, and use cases.
- Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify customer behavior and trends, gaps, and opportunities to generate actionable insights for increased adoption or upsell.
- Work closely with Implementation, Customer Success, and Product teams to understand customer needs and pain points.
- Proactively reach out to customers with tailored recommendations for additional features, modules, or packages that could add value to their workflow.
- Create clear, benefit-driven communication materials (emails, presentations, case studies) to articulate the value of upgrades or expansions.
- Conduct product walkthroughs, demos, or Q&A sessions to support upsell conversations.
- Track and report the success of upsell campaigns, customer engagement efforts, and revenue impact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer & Experience
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in SaaS, ERP, or
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle, agile development methodologies, and feature prioritization frameworks.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret product usage and customer behavior.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in SaaS, customer success, product marketing, or a similar role.
- Ability to understand and clearly explain complex product features and benefits.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and customer-centric approach.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and at least one BI/Analytics tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.
- Strong command of product analytics platforms such as Mix panel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, or similar.
- Excellent collaboration abilities across cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with complex enterprise Attributes
- Experience with education software, ERP systems, or large-scale enterprise solutions.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and Hotjar.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools and experimentation techniques.
- Strong presentation skills able to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical
