Roles And Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for technical teams.
- Work closely with developers, QA, and product teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather input and communicate findings.
- Analyze and improve existing systems, workflows, and business processes.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities.
- Maintain clear documentation including business process models, wireframes, and data flow diagrams.
- Monitor project progress and support issue resolution during the development lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
