Overview

Business Analyst (Remote / Startup Mode)
We're building something big — a new startup with multiple products in the works, and we're looking for a sharp, hands-on Business Analyst to help us stay organized, document everything that matters, and move fast.

About the Role

You’ll be the go-to person for documenting product flows, brainstorming outputs, feature breakdowns, user stories, and anything that needs clarity. Think of yourself as the “Documentation Master” who makes sense of chaos and gives structure to ideas. You’ll work closely with a small, senior team (a Product Manager and a Tech Lead) who work like builders, not bosses.

But we do love clarity, efficiency, and smart people who take ownership.

What You’ll Do

• Document product flows, feature ideas, user journeys, meeting notes, and planning docs using Notion or any tool you prefer.
• Use ChatGPT, AI tools, and templates to structure thoughts, brainstorm features, and create clean documentation.
• Be part of fast-moving conversations — jump into late-night discussions (usually 5PM–1AM IST) when things are happening.
• Help us bring clarity to product decisions by summarizing, questioning, and organizing.
• Occasionally build wireframes, spec docs, or quick breakdowns when needed (tools like Whimsical, Figma, Miro, etc. welcome but not mandatory).

What We’re Looking For

• Someone who loves structure and clarity, even in messy situations.
• Comfortable with tools like Notion, ChatGPT, or any AI writing/structuring tools.
• A proactive communicator — not afraid to ask questions or nudge the team to get details right.
• Bonus: Some exposure to product or tech teams. Extra bonus: you've worked in early-stage teams.

Work Style

• Flexible hours, async work, but our key collaboration time is 5PM–1AM IST — expect most brainstorming and decision-making to happen here.
• No micromanagement — just be proactive, available, and ready to add value.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
