• Analyse complex business processes and identify optimisation opportunities
• Gather, document, and validate comprehensive business requirements
• Provide data-driven insights supporting strategic decision-making
• Facilitate stakeholder communication across multidisciplinary teams
• Lead business analysis initiatives for M&A and change management projects
• Develop process models and recommend efficiency improvements
• Support risk assessment and technology consulting engagements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field
• Experience: Proven expertise in Business Analysis and Process Modelling
• Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in data analysis tools
• Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills
• Work Style: Demonstrated success in remote work environments
• Independence: Ability to work autonomously whilst maintaining team collaboration

• Professional certifications (CBAP, PMP, or equivalent)
• Experience with M&A due diligence processes
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis methodologies
• Background in management consulting or similar advisory roles
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks
