We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst in Pune to act as a critical link between technical teams and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in AI/ML systems and a deep understanding of financial sector workflows.

Responsibilities

• Gather and prioritize requirements from diverse internal and external stakeholders
• Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications for AI systems
• Partner with engineering and product teams to manage end-to-end project lifecycles
• Identify business challenges and recommend technology-driven solutions aligned with organizational goals
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical business users
• Conduct impact analyses for new features, processes, or tool integrations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in financial and banking workflows
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshoot post-deployment issues
• Document workflows, processes, and functional details to maintain clarity across projects

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML-related projects
• Deep understanding of banking, financial, or other regulated industries
• Proven expertise in collecting, analyzing, and mapping requirements into technical deliverables
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies for project management
• Capability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python-based AI tools or Azure Cloud solutions
