Business Analyst Lead- JD

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst Lead to drive business strategy, delivery, and process excellence across our healthcare-focused digital products. This role requires a blend of leadership, client interaction, agile experience, and a deep understanding of healthcare product lifecycles. You’ll be responsible for overseeing a team of business analysts while ensuring high-quality, compliant, and impactful product delivery.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects across healthcare digital solutions.

• Define and maintain project plans, delivery milestones, and timelines.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and manage business and technical requirements.

• Drive agile practices including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

• Act as the central point of contact for clients and internal cross-functional teams.

• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and scope changes proactively.

• Ensure product and process compliance with healthcare standards like HIPAA and NDHM.

• Mentor and manage a team of Business Analysts and foster a high-performance culture.

• Own and maintain clear documentation including BRDs, user stories, and reports.

• Track KPIs, report progress to leadership, and continuously improve BA processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Health Informatics, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, with 2+ years in a leadership role.

• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and software development lifecycles.

• Proven experience working in healthcare IT products (EMRs, patient portals, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, documentation, and wireframing tools.

• Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.

• Ability to think strategically, manage complexity, and make data-driven decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,662.62 - ₹55,974.15 per month
