Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including business requirements, process flows, and system specifications.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit and validate requirements with stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of technology solutions by collaborating with IT and project teams.
• Monitor project deliverables and ensure alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Provide ongoing support and consultation to stakeholders by identifying new business needs and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a senior role.
• Proven track record of successful project management and delivery.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, such as BPMN and UML.
• Experience with data visualization tools and reporting software.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Work Location: Remote
