Overview
- 6-10 years of experience working in a Financial markets area and domain expertise in understanding different asset classes, performance data and hands-on experience in understanding different IT products that provide solutions to financial players, analyze/provide requirements for the user stories and perform UAT testing etc.,
- Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project, and translating these into functional specifications
- Ability to perform detailed analysis to ensure all aspects of the business requirement are understood.
- Able to document the requirements, functional specification documents/ product backlogs.
- To provide the link between the customer, development team regarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle
- Interaction with the software engineering team to develop the software solution required by the client and ensuring their timely completion.
- Manage client calls, requirement gathering and analyzing project requirements.
- Responsible for bringing in new and innovative ideas.
- Estimate project deadlines on its perimeter.
- Strong finance business processes knowledge and concepts.
- Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes, and thus offer implementation advises to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios
- Good Technical debugging skills using SQL, PLSQL, Reports etc.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Strong Customer interactions and service orientation so you can understand customers critical situations and accordingly provide the response, and mobilize the organizational resources, while setting realistic expectations to customers.
- Strong operations management and innovation orientation so you can continually improve the processes, methods, tools, and utilities.
- Candidate should be team player so you leverage each others strengths. You will be engaged in collaboration with peers within/across the teams often.

- Create and maintain appropriate documentation for architecture, design, technical, implementation, support and test activities.
