Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst in Pune to act as a critical link between technical teams and business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in AI/ML systems and a deep understanding of financial sector workflows.

- Gather and prioritize requirements from diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications for AI systems
- Partner with engineering and product teams to manage end-to-end project lifecycles
- Identify business challenges and recommend technology-driven solutions aligned with organizational goals
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical business users
- Conduct impact analyses for new features, processes, or tool integrations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in financial and banking workflows
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and troubleshoot post-deployment issues
- Document workflows, processes, and functional details to maintain clarity across projects
- 6-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML-related projects
- Deep understanding of banking, financial, or other regulated industries
- Proven expertise in collecting, analyzing, and mapping requirements into technical deliverables
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies for project management
- Capability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in Python-based AI tools or Azure Cloud solutions
