What You Will Be

• Doing:
  Leverage analytic techniques to use data to guide business and decision
• makingDesign custom analyses in Python, Tableau, SQL and Excel to investigate and provide insights on the b
• usinessSynthesize and communicate results to business owners through oral and written presentations
• / docsProvide relevant stakeholder project status
• updatesContribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving data quality, timeliness, and reporting ac

You Will Thrive in This Role

• If You:
  Bachelor's or master's degree required in any discipline with strong record of academic success in quantitative and analytic coursework such as operations research, applied mathematics, management science, data science, statistics, econometrics or eng
• ineering.2-4 years of relevant post-collegiate job experience preferably in incentive compensation analysis or funnel
• analysisAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret a high volume of complex financ
