Role: Senior Business Analyst

Experience Level: 4+ Years

Work location: Bangalore (5 days Work from office)

Notice Period: 0-15 days

Role & Responsibilities

As part of the core team of Quantiphi, the Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding, analyzing and solving complex problems in a variety of industries including BFSI, Insurance.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Responsible for identifying and developing new client opportunities to innovate, transform and build capability using Machine Learning and Big Data Technologies.
• Accountable to handle execution of projects: Requirement gathering, problem Formulation & day-to-day problem solving.
• Applying the right analysis frameworks to develop creative solutions to complex business problems
• Planning and executing both short-term and long-range projects and manage teamwork, and client expectations
• Challenge and inspire customers and peers to solve difficult problems with ambitious and novel solutions
  
  

You would be involved in the development of new business opportunities and value-added services which requires a high level of creativity, learning potential and deep quantitative subject matter expertise and therefore self-driven individuals willing to learn on the go would be preferred.

• Advanced degree in Business (CA/MBA/CFA), Economics or Engineering
• Must have excellent aptitude and expertise in business analysis and awareness of quantitative analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication (both written & verbal).
• Must have a willingness to learn and apply emerging trends in business research and analysis.
• Must be a team player.
• Must have a strong desire to work in an entrepreneurial self-driven and creative environment with minimal supervision and a passion for developing new value-added solutions for clients across a variety of industries.
• Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally.
• Exposure to any of the above-mentioned industries will be an advantage
