Senior Business Analyst

Overview

We are looking for highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad.

The Day-to-day Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Document functional requirements with business stakeholders
• Develop user stories, define acceptance criteria, and maintain quality gates
• Assist in design and documentation of existing and new applications
• Analyze, review, and evaluate business needs and translate them into solutions
• Develop deep understanding of in-house products and identify improvement opportunities
• Define and manage project scope throughout the SDLC
• Act as a liaison between business and technology teams
• Be an active member of Agile/Scrum teams
• Participate in design reviews, system test reviews, and walkthroughs
• Perform functional testing and sign-off of sprint deliverables
• Coordinate across business and technology functions for end-to-end delivery
  
  

• University degree with 5–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a global organization
• Strong experience documenting complex systems and processes
• Ability to create visual representations of workflows, data structures, and UI flows
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Proactive, self-motivated, and ownership-driven
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies
• Working knowledge of servers, databases, networking, and REST API concepts
