Overview
We are looking for highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad.
The Day-to-day Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Document functional requirements with business stakeholders
- Develop user stories, define acceptance criteria, and maintain quality gates
- Assist in design and documentation of existing and new applications
- Analyze, review, and evaluate business needs and translate them into solutions
- Develop deep understanding of in-house products and identify improvement opportunities
- Define and manage project scope throughout the SDLC
- Act as a liaison between business and technology teams
- Be an active member of Agile/Scrum teams
- Participate in design reviews, system test reviews, and walkthroughs
- Perform functional testing and sign-off of sprint deliverables
- Coordinate across business and technology functions for end-to-end delivery
- University degree with 5–10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a global organization
- Strong experience documenting complex systems and processes
- Ability to create visual representations of workflows, data structures, and UI flows
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Proactive, self-motivated, and ownership-driven
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies
- Working knowledge of servers, databases, networking, and REST API concepts
