About the role:
Snapmint looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Customer Retention & Growth team. This role is critical in shaping how Snapmint engages, retains, and grows its customer base. The analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, risk, and operations to deliver actionable insights, design customer journeys, and enable data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Own analytics for retention, growth, and lifecycle management initiatives.
- Analyze large datasets to derive insights into customer behavior, segmentation, and engagement patterns.
- Build dashboards, reports, and models to track KPIs and program performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design targeting strategies and measure campaign efficacy.
- Partner with leadership to drive growth hypotheses, test experiments (A/B testing, cohorts), and deliver measurable impact.
- Translate business problems into data-driven solutions and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Continuously explore opportunities for improving retention levers, loyalty, and repeat usage.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Tech from a premier institution (IIT or equivalent). MBA from top-tier institutions (IIM or equivalent) is a plus.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in analytics, preferably in fintech, ecommerce, or consumer tech.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and Excel for data analysis and automation.
- Solid foundation in logical reasoning, data interpretation, and problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in customer retention, lifecycle management, growth strategy, or segmentation & targeting is highly desirable.
