We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Business Analyst

In this role you will be responsible for the below:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document requirements
• Analyzing business processes and identifying inefficiencies
• Recommending solutions that are aligned to the Bank’s strategy
• Facilitating communication between Product owner and IT teams, ensuring any changes in direction are clearly articulated
• Preparing detailed reports, presentations, and business proposals
• Conducting market research & competitor analysis to inform decision-making
• Ensuring projects stay on track by staying close to technical delivery and ensuring all customer requirements are met.
  
  

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering. MBA is a plus.
• Min 5 years of experience as Business analyst in a product company is a must.
• Prior experience of working in Agile project is a must.
• Knowledge of different project management methodologies and tools such as JIRA and confluence is a must.
• Knowledge of data engineering / ETL is a plus.
• Prior experience of working in a migration project is a plus.
• Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
