Senior Business Analyst – US Healthcare IT

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a mandatory background in US Healthcare and EHR platforms, along with hands-on experience working in Agile environments. The role involves eliciting and managing business requirements, analyzing healthcare data, and supporting the delivery of high-quality technology solutions for US healthcare clients. This position is critical in bridging business needs with technical implementation while ensuring alignment with Agile delivery practices.

Responsibilities & Duties

• :
  Collaborate with stakeholders (clinicians, administrators, and IT professionals) to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for US healthcare IT systems and solution
• s.Evaluate current US healthcare processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness in US healthcare deliver
• y.Work in Agile/Scrum environments, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospective
• s.Utilize tools such as SQL, Excel, statistical software (R, SAS), and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI) to analyze US healthcare data, generating insights that drive decision-making and process improvement
• s.Support analysis and understanding of US Healthcare IT systems, with strong emphasis on Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform
• s.Work closely with IT teams, clinicians, and administrators to ensure the business requirements are aligned with the technical solution being develope
