The Role

The Senior Cloud Consultant will be involved in delivering service support to customers in line with their contracted deliverables. you will be providing onsite and remote IT support to our Managed Application Services Customers. This will include Investigation of issues, providing estimates, requirements gathering, writing technical documentation, developing components, peer reviewing code and contributing to the Intellectual Property library.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support for service delivery teams and resolve technical issues
• Proactively manage clients Microsoft Azure environments using the Azure Well-architected framework pillars
• Ensure adherence to our Service Delivery policies, processes and procedures
• Ensure service quality through technical competence and attention to detail.
• Strive for high levels of customer feedback scores.
• Work with Senior Cloud Consultants and Account Management staff to ensure effective management of the client base.
• Obtain and maintain industry certifications.
• Ensure support SLA targets are achieved.
• Identify opportunities to productise new services and offerings
• Develop new strategies to increase efficiency in the systems
  
  

Key Competencies and Qualifications required

• Minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in In IT Industry and 3+ years in Azure Networking & Infrastructure.
• Experience in Azure Networking, Firewall, Load Balancing, Azure Infrastructure.
• Certification - AZ-700 (Azure Network Engineer Associate) & ITIL Foundation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Certification- AZ-104 (Azure Administrator Associate) or AZ-204 (Azure Developer Associate)
