Cloud Data Platform (Snowflake or/and Databricks) Solutioning Leader

India: Preferably Chennai (or other location where Mastek has office, for a right match)

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solutioning Leader to spearhead growth and success of Snowflake/Databricks, key Cloud Data Platform for us. You will be responsible for establishing Snowflake as the preferred data cloud platform for our clients and driving adoption and revenue growth through innovative solutions and client partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Establish cloud data platform practice, aligning it with market trends.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the data platform ecosystem.
• Partner with sales and client-facing teams to understand client challenges and identify opportunities for Snowflake/Databricks solutions.
• Identify and develop industry specific solutions on cloud platform to address industry specific use cases esp. around Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing & Financial Services.
• Develop and maintain relevant pre-built solutions and accelerators to differentiate ourselves in the market and contribute to the marketplace.
• Support implementation of snowflake solutions for clients - ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
• Stay updated on the latest features and functionalities, exploring innovative uses and integrations.
• Build strong relationships with cloud platform & related industry partners to expand offerings and gain competitive advantage.
• Contribute to the broader cloud platform community through presentations, blogs, and knowledge sharing.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and professional development.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and user groups to promote Snowflake/Databricks expertise and thought leadership.

Qualifications:

• Must be a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in Cloud technology, with at least 5-8 years of experience working on Snowflake or Databricks data platform, integration, and data-warehousing & and analytics solutions.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering cloud-based data projects for clients.
• In-depth expertise in cloud data platforms-Snowflake / Databricks architecture, features, and functionalities.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, data engineering, and data lake concepts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Proven leadership & team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
