Your Role

We are hiring an Senior Cloud Devops for Hyderabad with 9-12 Years of experience who will drive Azure infrastructure strategy, lead DevOps modernization initiatives, and mentor engineering teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Azure services, IaC automation, and CI/CD engineering while providing technical leadership across cloud delivery.

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Azure infrastructure services including VMs, Storage Accounts, Key Vaults, Networking, Endpoints, and Access Management.
• Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps with strong expertise in pipeline creation, automation, and governance.
• Implement Infrastructure‑as‑Code using YAML, Bicep, Terraform, and PowerShell scripting for scalable, repeatable deployments.
• Ensure adherence to Azure security best practices, identity controls, and access management across environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to deliver secure and scalable cloud solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of 5–10 engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Support architecture decisions, platform roadmap creation, and cloud modernization initiatives.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across Azure resources and CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive alignment with DevOps standards, governance practices, and operational excellence.
• (Good to Have) Work with Databricks, Data Factory, or other data engineering/data science services.
• Ensure documentation of processes, standards, best practices, and solution designs.
  
  

• Strong expertise in Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline engineering.
• Deep understanding of Azure Infrastructure — VMs, Storage, Networking, Key Vault, IAM, and Security.Hands-on experience with IaC: YAML, Bicep, Terraform, and PowerShell.
• Proven capability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder collaboration, and technical leadership skills.
