About You

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in cloud technologies, IT support, or technical support roles.
• Extensive experience with GCP services, such as Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Cloud SQL, VPC, and Kubernetes Engine.
• Technical Skills:
• Advanced understanding of GCP services and cloud architecture.
• Expertise in troubleshooting, monitoring, and optimizing cloud resources.
• Familiarity with GCP CLI, Terraform, and Cloud SDK.
• Communication:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with users, clients, and internal teams.
• Ability to create clear documentation and reports.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Certifications:
• Google Cloud Certified: Professional Cloud Architect or Professional Cloud Network Engineer (or similar certifications).
  
  

What You ‘ll Do

• Advanced Technical Support: Provide support for advanced troubleshooting of GCP services, including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, VPC, BigQuery, and Cloud SQL.
• Incident Management & Resolution : Resolve incidents escalated from L1 engineers, managing complex issues and working directly with clients to provide timely and accurate resolutions.
• Root Cause Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of recurring issues, provide root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
• Cloud Infrastructure Management : Help manage and optimize GCP cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security for client environments.
• System Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize the health and performance of deployed GCP services.
• Configuration and Deployment Assistance: Support advanced configuration, deployment, and integration of GCP services and resources in client environments.
• Security Support : Ensure compliance with security best practices, assist in vulnerability assessments, and follow the GCP security posture.
• Documentation & Training: Maintain thorough documentation of incidents, solutions, and best practices. Train junior engineers and clients on GCP features and tools.
