We are seeking dynamic, innovation-driven professionals who are passionate about learning and challenging the status quo. Join our high-performing engineering team as we modernize and scale our cloud workloads using cutting-edge technologies on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage robust GCP environments and cloud-native applications.
- Leverage Terraform to enable Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automate cloud deployments.
- Optimize cloud costs and maintain accurate, up-to-date cloud architecture documentation.
- Extend and enforce on-premises policies and standards in the cloud to ensure security and compliance.
- Conduct compliance validations and audits; enhance monitoring and configuration processes continuously.
- Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting across internal teams, partners, and vendors.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in high-pressure scenarios.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving escalated technical issues with minimal user disruption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in client meetings across offshore and onsite locations, as required.

- Be flexible to work overlap hours up to 10:30 PM IST, based on business requirements.

- 8+ years of experience in cloud computing with a strong focus on GCP.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing scalable web environments using GKE, BigQuery, Cloud SQL, and AI/ML technologies.
- Proficient in scripting, security best practices, and implementation of logging/encryption protocols.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working in highly collaborative environments.
