Senior Cloud Network Engineer

• Design, deploy, and manage networking solutions across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Manage enterprise routing and switching environments (Cisco or equivalent) including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs, STP, QoS, and multicast.
• Configure and maintain F5 LTM, GTM, and iRules for high availability and load balancing.
• Administer Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services.
• Configure and manage firewall policies on Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Check Point, and ForeScout.
• Implement Zero Trust Architecture, micro-segmentation, and VPN solutions.
• Perform regular patching and firmware upgrades on network and security devices.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, remediation, and audits based on ISO 27001, NIST, CIS benchmarks, PCI-DSS, etc.
• Collaborate with InfoSec teams to mitigate risks and enforce security best practices.
• Monitor and optimize network performance to reduce downtime and latency.
• Troubleshoot complex LAN, WAN, cloud, and firewall issues.
• Work with internal teams and vendors to ensure network reliability and security.
• Leverage automation tools like Ansible, Python, PowerShell, Terraform for network tasks and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) deployments.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, including network diagrams, security policies, and firewall rules.
• Provide mentoring and technical guidance to junior engineers and IT staff.
• 12–15 years of hands-on experience in network engineering and cloud networking.
• Deep expertise in routing & switching (Cisco, Juniper), and firewall technologies (Palo Alto, Check Point, Cisco ASA, ForeScout).
• Proficiency in cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) including VPCs, NSGs, VPNs, and load balancers.
• Experience with patch management, firmware upgrades, and vulnerability remediation.
• Advanced knowledge of F5 load balancers (LTM, GTM, ASM) and security hardening practices.
• Skilled in network automation using Python, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, PCI-DSS.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
