The Role
As a Senior Cyber Security Analyst with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.
- We are seeking an experienced Identity Governance Specialist with strong expertise in Saviynt development (coding), platform upgrades, and application onboarding.
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions while ensuring scalability, security, and compliance across the enterprise. The candidate requires a good understanding of identity management as a business risk.
- Support Saviynt IGA solutions aligned with organizational security and compliance requirements
- Lead and execute Saviynt platform upgrades, including:
- Version assessments and upgrade planning
- Impact analysis and remediation of custom code
- Post-upgrade validation and issue resolution
- Develop and maintain Saviynt custom code and configurations, including:
- REST and out-of-the-box connectors
- Rules, workflows, and provisioning policies
- Custom APIs, reports, and integrations
- Perform application onboarding into Saviynt for on-premises and cloud/SaaS applications, including:
- Account and entitlement aggregation
- Access request and approval workflows
- Automated provisioning and deprovisioning
- Role and birthright access modeling
- Implement and support identity lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) processes
- Configure and manage access certifications, SoD controls, and compliance reporting
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to connectors, workflows, provisioning, and upgrades
- Collaborate with application owners, infrastructure teams, and security stakeholders during onboarding and upgrades
- Support environment management across dev/test/prod and participate in release management activities
- Create and maintain technical documentation (Standard operating procedures, Knowledge base articles), upgrade runbooks, and application onboarding standards
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with an Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solution, preferably Saviynt
- Strong development/coding experience, including:
- REST-based integrations
- ITSM integrations
- Java / Groovy scripting
- Rules, workflows, and APIs
- PowerShell
- Proven experience performing IGA platform upgrades and managing version changes
- Demonstrated experience onboarding applications into Saviynt
- Solid understanding of IAM/IGA concepts:
- Identity lifecycle management
- RBAC / ABAC
- Access certifications and SoD
- Experience integrating Saviynt with directories and identity sources (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, HR systems, ERP, AWS)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Saviynt certifications (IGA Professional, Advanced, or Implementation certifications)
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
- CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
- CGRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance Certification)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
- Background in Java, Python, REST APIs, or other scripting languages
