We are seeking a Senior Data & AI Solution Architect to design and implement a modern data and AI platform that empowers the organization with scalable, intelligent, and secure capabilities. This role combines deep technical expertise with cross-functional collaboration to bring advanced data and AI-driven applications to life, with a strong focus on leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Agent space, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) as strategic enablers. Experience with IoT-connected data, GCP Data Lakes, Master Data Management (MDM), cloud/hybrid infrastructure, and supply chain operations will be critical to building a resilient and future-ready architecture. This role will directly support the Multi-Family and Logistics divisions, enabling smarter, data-driven supply chain solutions.

How You'll Create Possibilities
Platform Architecture & Implementation
- Design and build secure, scalable hybrid data platforms on Google Cloud Platform, integrating structured, unstructured, IoT-connected, and streaming data sources.
- Architect and manage enterprise Data Lakes in GCP, ensuring high performance, scalability, and interoperability for supply chain datasets.
- Implement Master Data Management (MDM) frameworks to ensure consistent, high-quality data across supply chain, logistics, and operational systems.
- Define and optimize infrastructure architecture (compute, storage, networking) for scalable data and AI workloads across on-prem and cloud environments.
- Develop modular APIs and services to enable AI model integration, intelligent agents, and enterprise-grade analytics.
- Define architecture patterns that leverage Agent space and MCP to enable agentic workflows across supply chain and logistics processes.
- Support orchestration layers for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, and agent-based pipelines.
- Ensure seamless integration of open-source and commercial LLMs into the GCP platform using MCP for context-aware interoperability.
- Implement robust data governance, observability, lineage, and MDM-aligned practices tailored to supply chain data.
- Ensure security, privacy, and compliance through enterprise-grade access controls (RBAC/ABAC).
- Oversee infrastructure reliability, high availability, disaster recovery, and performance tuning across the platform.
- Establish standards for supply chain data stewardship, IoT sensor data management, and lifecycle governance.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Final Mile, and Connected Data divisions to identify and prioritize platform capabilities that drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with data engineers, ML engineers, IoT specialists, and business stakeholders to ensure platform adoption and value realization.
- Mentor team members and contribute to technical standards and best practices.
- Act as a thought leader for GCP-, MCP-, and Agent-driven data/AI architecture across the enterprise.
Qualifications Required:
- 6–8 years of experience in data architecture, distributed systems, or ML platform engineering.
- Hands-on experience architecting solutions on Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Vertex AI, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Data Lake, Looker).
- Proven experience working with IoT-connected data and real-time analytics pipelines.
- Expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, data quality, and stewardship.
- Strong knowledge of cloud/hybrid infrastructure design, networking, and infrastructure automation (e.g., Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
- Solid understanding of LLM architecture, embeddings, and retrieval pipelines.
- Demonstrated experience applying AI/ML solutions in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing domains.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with experience in API-driven and microservice architectures.
