Senior Data Analyst - Product Analytics

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Product Analytics team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving data-driven product decisions, collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that enhance our product offerings and user experience.

About The Role

• Translate complex business problems into actionable analytics requirements and initiatives.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to drive data-informed product decisions.
• Analyse product performance, user behaviour, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key insights.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support product experimentation.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, fostering a data-driven culture.
• Ensure data quality and mentor junior analysts on best practices.
  
  

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics).
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on product analytics.
• Advanced skills in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis; experience with large datasets and data warehousing.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude AI, CoPilot) for analytics tasks.
• Strong track record of translating complex data insights into actionable business recommendations; experience with A/B testing and experimental design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences and influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
• Solid understanding of product development lifecycles and digital product metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
