Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Data Analyst to lead advanced analyticsinitiatives and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidatewill have a strong background in data analysis, exceptional problem-solving skills, andexperience mentoring junior analysts. They will play a critical role in shaping our data strategy, enhancing reporting systems, and delivering actionable insights for internal and externalstakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Insights

• Lead the collection, cleaning, and analysis of large datasets from diverse sources.
• Develop and implement advanced analytical models to solve business problems.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on thorough analysis.

Reporting and Visualization

• Design, build, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using tools likeTableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Ensure the accuracy, clarity, and relevance of reports for various stakeholders.

Collaboration and Mentoring

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data needs, set goals, and alignon analytical strategies.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering skill development and best practicesin analytics.

Process Optimization and Automation

• Identify inefficiencies in current processes and develop automated solutions toimprove productivity.
• Continuously enhance data pipelines and reporting frameworks to support scalability and reliability.

Strategic Contributions

• Assist in shaping the organization's data strategy by identifying new opportunities and trends.
• Work closely with leadership to support high-level decision-making through advanced data modeling and scenario planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, etc.).
• 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics, reporting, or a similar role.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
• Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
• Advanced knowledge of SQL for querying databases.
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis and statistical modeling.
• Familiarity with big data platforms and cloud-based analytics (e.g., AWS, Azure, GoogleCloud).

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly.
• Proven leadership and team collaboration experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with machine learning techniques and tools.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and tools for data integration.
• Understanding of business intelligence best practices and data governance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
