Senior Data Analyst

Position Overview:

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our educational products and services by analyzing data to inform decision-making, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive customer success. Your expertise in mobile app and web analytics will be pivotal in understanding user behavior and improving customer engagement. Familiarity with Looker is a significant advantage for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis: Analyze customer data, usage metrics, and feedback to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights across mobile and web platforms. Prepare and present reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

Customer Performance Analysis: Monitor customer engagement and performance metrics to improve satisfaction, retention, and product adoption.

Sales and Marketing Support: Assist sales strategies with data-driven insights and analyze marketing campaign performance for optimization.

Data Visualization: Design dashboards and visualizations for cross-functional teams, including product managers, sales, and customer success teams. Familiarity with Looker is a plus.

Scenario Analysis: Conduct scenario analyses to evaluate business decisions and strategies, providing data-driven recommendations.

Market and Competitor Analysis: Research industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.

Risk Management: Collaborate with risk teams to integrate risk assessments into analyses, combining qualitative and quantitative insights.

Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity and accuracy with quality checks and coordination with data engineering teams.

Snowflake Expertise: Use Snowflake to query, analyze, and manage large datasets effectively.

Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed initiatives.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Business, Education).

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Experience in mobile app and web analytics.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel).
• Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Passion for education and a data-driven mindset.
• Experience with Snowflake is highly preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to Nilgiris.
